Former Fox News personality Glenn Beck once spent his days helping cook up conspiracy theories about President Obama, but has since changed his opinion of the nation’s leader.
In a recent interview with the New Yorker, Beck said, “Obama made me a better man.”
He also reiterated his support of Black Lives Matter and acknowledged, “There are things unique to the African-American experience that I cannot relate to. I had to listen to them.”
While his views on some matters have changed, his low regard for Donald Trump has remained much the same.
In that vein, Beck recalled visiting the businessman at Mar-a-Lago.
Beck said he was told to go to a particular room, but when he arrived Trump spoke to him via phone from the space next door.
Beck described the exchange as a, “weird, almost Howard Hughes-like conversation,” that left him convinced, “This guy is dangerously unhinged.”
