Expectre Nomad Take Down Survival Bow unboxxed and tested
Thoughts:
I would suggest that if anyone buys this bow to put a different arrow rest on it. That is really the only flaw in the design that I could find. Other than that the bow looks and functions great. You will NOT get a full draw on it as you would a 1 piece bow. There is no place to mount sights but as I have always said K.I.S.S.(Keep It Simple Stupid). The more crap you have on something the more things that can break. You also will need to twist the string before fully stringing the bow and you will want to wax it as well with sex wax(bees wax that is used on surf boards or bow wax. Learn to instinctive shoot.
This bow can be used by both right and left handed shooters.
I would suggest adding a nock point and IF you want, a peep sight. Like I said, K.I.S.S.
You will also need to twist the string before you fully string the bow.
The bow breaks down in to a total length of 18 inches so it fits perfectly in a bug out bag or back pack. The arrows are 2 piece carbon arrows that screw together. All of breaks down to fit in a nice little canvas case that comes with it.

Thank you to Xpectre for sending me this product to try out and review. I would hope that they would send me some of their other bows to try out as well.
new limbs split upon use and the company sent me another set of limbs. They cracked as well. The company said that they got in a bad batch of limbs. They sent me 2 new sets and I got them Yesterday. Assembled the bow and tested the new limbs and they are fine. This company has AWESOME customer service. They have gone out of their way and lost a little money to make sure that I have a properly working and safe product.
