Not Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt Was First Choice For 'Sons of Sardaars'
The much-talked upcoming movie ‘Sons Of Sardaar’ has absolutely no connection with 2012 comedy movie ‘Son Of Sardaar’. Instead, the upcoming movie is based on the true story of the 21 Saragarhi Sikhs, who died fighting the Afghans. There have been a lot of discussions on star selection. The directors and producers had first decided to cast Sanjay Dutt in the lead role, but it did not work out. As he was jailed and would have taken a long time for Sanju Baba to get in shape for the role. So finally, the best choice was Ajay Devgn. After the confirmation, Ajay Devgn tweeted, “Need ur best wishes for Sons Of Sardaar, will match the scale of Hollywood film 300 and based on epic Battle of Saragarhi.
