Niger fights back against 'curse' of fistula

Obstetric fistula affects around a million of the world's poorest women, and is widespread in the West African nation of Niger, which has the highest birthrate in the world. The condition is caused by a complicated labour and causes chronic incontinence, often leaving its victims as social outcasts.
