Hungry polar bears search for food in Russia

Amazing footage from the far northeast of Russia shows a group of hungry polar bears looking for food.

The video, captured last month, shows the bears very close to the filmer.

The filmer explained online: "The Chukchi Sea polar bear subpopulation is faring relatively well, but sea ice decline is expected to force the bears to spend more time on land each summer. As a result, they come into closer contact with humans."
