Android App: How To Block and Unblock a Contact on Viber -2016 ?

Step 1: Open Viber Android App .

Step 2: Click on Stack Icon ,and then click on Settings.

Step 3: Click on Privacy.

Step 4: Click On Block list .

Step 5: Click on + icon to add a Contact

For Unblocking:

Browse to Block List and click on Unblock right next to the contact that you want to unblock.
