Ministria e Financave e ka konsideruar një rast sporadik faktin qe doganat shqiptare aplikojnë çmim reference ndaj mallrave qe vijnë nga Kosova. Pas shqetësimit te ngritur nga zv/kryeministrja kosovare, Mimoza Kusari Lila, numri dy i Financave Alfred, Rrushaj, ne një interviste për "Vizion Plus" sqaron se qeveria shqiptare i qëndron marrëveshjes mes dy vendeve. Sipas tij, ky rast bën fjale për një produkt te vetëm, për te cilin po verifikohet nga doganat aplikimi i çmimeve te referencës. Te njëjtin shqetësim ka ngritur edhe kreu i aleancës kosovare për biznesin. I mbërritur ne Tirane, zoti Agim Shahini u kërkoi autoriteteve shqiptare te respektojnë marrëveshjen. Shqipëria ka ekspertuar ne Kosovë për 9 muaj rreth 70 milion euro mallra ndërsa importet nga ky vend janë 25 milion. Ndaj autoritetet kosovare kërkojnë qe te nxitet me tej tregtia mes dy vendeve. Një dite me pare zv/kryeministrja e Kosovës reagoi ashpër. Sipas saj doganat shqiptare vendosin masa shtrënguese ndaj mallrave te vendit fqinje dhe Kosova do te detyrohet te përgjigjet me te njëjtën monedhe. Disa muaj me pare dy shtetet arritën ne një marrëveshje sipas te cilës, nuk do te ketë cimeve reference ndaj mallrave qe vijnë nga Kosova. Por një marrëveshje e tille është shkelur nga pala shqiptare.

Following concern raised by the Deputy / Kosovan Prime Minister, Mimoza Kusari Lila, the number both of Alfred Finance, Rrushaj, in an interview for "Vision Plus" clarifies that the Albanian government is agreement between the two countries. According to him, this case is about a single product, for which the application is verified by the customs of the reference price. The same concern has been raised to head Kosovo coalition business.
