Suzuki Hayabusa is the most popular sports bike in India as even school going students of our country are familiar with the name of this bike which has featured in many Bollywood movies and songs.
The new age Suzuki Hayabusa is powered by a 4-stroke, 4cylinder 1340cc engine. This DOHC engine generates a massive power output of 197 bhp at 9500 rpm. The torque production of this liquid cooled, 16 valve engine is of 155 Nm which arrives at 7200 rpm. Suzuki has equipped Hayabusa with a six-speed manual gearbox. The gearbox works with a one gear down and five gears up shift pattern. Hayabusa is world’s fastest motorcycle. The bike does 0-100km/hr in less than 3 seconds. The bike is only crafted to run as fast as possible. This revised variant has lost some weight also which helps it to get a magnificent power to weight ratio. With this bike, you count everything in seconds. Looking at its exceptional abilities, Hayabusa now comes with a restricted top speed of 299km/hr. The six-speed gearbox needs very less effort and shifts to make this bike cross the speed of 150km/hr. It’s an extremely refined engine which is unmatchable in terms of power delivery. The bike is designed to match the speed of world’s fastest bird Falcon which means Hayabusa in Japanese. To control the performance of this engine, Suzuki has equipped this bike with Suzuki drive mode selector. Hayabusa also features Suzuki dual throttle valve which makes it feel like rocket.
