Dogs Bred For Meat In South Korea Arrive In San Diego For Adoption

The Humane Society International recently came to an agreement with a dog meat farmer in South Korea to end the trade in canine consumption. Twenty-nine of the former factory animals made their way to the San Diego Humane Society.



South Korea is home to factory farms responsible for killing over two million dogs for food per year. 
But one farm is now out of this business and the dogs once destined for dinner plates are hopefully about to find new homes.
