The candlelight vigil for Nathaniel Tan's release continued last night in front of the Dang Wangi police HQ where Tan is being held.
Representatives of political parties and NGOs persisted on their calls for Tan's immediate release arguing that the detention is unlawful. They also condemned the manner in which Tan was taken into custody last Friday July 13.
