'Mat Zain's SD shows Shafee unfit to represent gov't in sodomy case'

Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim has questioned why senior lawyer Muhammad Shafee Abdullah had remained silent despite having information of alleged graft in the Batu Puteh territorial dispute. Referring to claims of "funds" changing hands following the loss of Batu Puteh to Singapore, Anwar said Shafee's silence casts doubts over whether he is fit to represent the government in Anwar's sodomy trial.
