Hundreds Gathered In DC To Watch Two Construction Cranes 'Dance'

Hundreds gathered in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday to watch two cranes perform a synchronized dance as part of an art festival.

Typically, construction cranes aren't seen as pieces of artwork, but one man decided to change that.

On Wednesday night, two cranes performed a synchronized dance as part of Washington D.C.'s Capital Fringe Festival.

Ambient music played throughout the performance, which lasted for about an hour. 

This event was the brainchild of Toronto-based artist Brandon Vickerd, who acted as choreographer and artistic director.
