Submission by Kyle Le. "Vietnam offers some stunningly fresh seafood and restaurants at beach towns have been overplayed or can be quite expensive. So one day when I was on Phu Quoc with some friends, a random boat man came up to us and asked us if we wanted a ride and he promised tasty things to eat at the end. So we hopped on and he chopped off baby oysters from the rocks. These were simply the sweetest oysters I had ever eaten in my life. The salt water, the locally grown pepper, the tangy lime, and the crashing waves, all made this experience the best thing I've ever eaten for sure."
