EDSA 'road rage' suspect cries mistaken identity

Ang cousins, Karlvin and Bill Tan faced the ABS-CBN News after they were allegedly involved in a mauling incident in the EDSA-Santolan flyover. According to Tan, his cousin has nothing to do in the incident and he was a victim of "mistaken identity."
