Drivers furious as airport shuts down pre-paid taxi service - Tv9 Gujarat

Ahmedabad: Following several complaints of overcharging from passengers and violation of contract conditions by Ahmedabad Airport Taxi Owners Association (AATOA), the Airports Authority of India (AAI) terminated prepaid service operations. AATOA which runs the prepaid taxi service at the city airport was found flouting norms and was not following the approved rate chart. The step by Airport authorities has left taxi drivers irked.
