Crazy biker shoots homeless man with bow and arrow

A crazy biker in Brisbane, Australia shot a man who was sleeping under the Victoria Bridge near the Bicentennial Bikeway with a bow and arrow. Police have some grainy photos they are now using to find the shooter.
