Chinese woman spends over US$3,000 on shoes as revenge

A 26-year-old woman from Chendu in Sichuan province, China spent over US$3,000 on shoes as revenge on her boyfriend for not letting her shop on Singles' Day.
The woman was so pissed off that she bought a hundred pairs of shoes. But her car was too small to fit in all the shoe boxes that she asked the staff to tape the shoes to her car as decoration.
Singles' Day is a pop culture entertaining holiday on November 11 for young Chinese to celebrate their bachelor life. As more and more people join in the celebration of this holiday, many shopping malls begin to have sales on that day to attract consumers.
