Disgusting! Mother BITES OFF umbilical cord after going on crack binge, giving birth in bathtub

Chrystal Hassell was arrested late last week after giving birth to a premature baby in a seedy Ocala, Florida motel bathtub while in the midst of a crack cocaine binge, according to an Ocala Star Banner report.
The mother of two reportedly noticed only this past March that she might be pregnant.
When doctors told the 37-year-old that she was at least six months along, she vowed to quit smoking crack.
Her commitment, sadly, faltered, and the day before her baby's birth she checked into a seedy motel for a day-long crack binge.
Her baby boy was born prematurely in a bathtub, and Hassell used her teeth to cut through the umbilical cord.
It was only when the infant began to turn blue that Friday night that she alerted police.
The boy's father, Vincent Terry, who is in jail on attempted murder charges, was unaware that his girlfriend was doing drugs at the time of the birth.
"I knew she had a history of doing drugs, but not that she was doing drugs," Terry told the Ocala Star Banner. "She just found out she was pregnant."
The newborn is currently in critical condition at a hospital in Gainesville. Hassell has since been arrested, and the infant's 11-month-old brother has been taken into custody by the Department of Children and Families and put into foster care.
