Starbucks barista fired after complaining about sexual harassment

A barista at a Midtown Starbucks said she was fired after complaining to the company about sexual harassment from her male colleagues, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday. Holly Wu said she emailed a written complaint to her district manager on Feb. 17. Three weeks later, she was fired.
Wu claims that male employees repeatedly propositioned her for sex, fondled her and showed her pornographic videos and photos while at work.
Wu said her co-workers touched her and massaged her when she didn't want them to.
She says she was fired without warning after complaining that co-workers nicknamed her 'Big Booty Holly' and asked to touch her rear.
According to her lawyer, Starbucks said they let Wu go after she asked an employee to work an extra 45 minutes.
Wu is suing Starbucks because she feels the company failed to investigate her complaint despite a policy requiring it to do so. If Starbucks is looking for baristas, maybe it should ask Amanda Bennett from Big Shots Espresso?
