Come October 16 and the sounds of garba will ring out at Navratri festivities, particularly in clusters like Kandivli, Borivli, Ghatkopar and Mulund that have a sizeable population of Gujaratis.The most costly event of this year at Rs 4,000 per season ticket is hosted by artiste Falguni Pathak, who will be at her usual venue Goregaon Sports Club, albeit with a new organizer.
