Court bailiff takes upskirt photos without consent, panty pervert found guilty

On Dec. 9th a Hokkaido court found a 47 year old court authority member guilty of taking photos of women’s underwear without their consent.
The man is employed by the Sapporo family court as an officer of the court.
In September a 19-year-old girl accused the man of holding his phone beneath her skirt and taking a photo of her underwear. The girl was standing on the train platform when she looked back and saw the man surreptitiously attempting to hide his phone.
She told station staff and after reviewing security footage the staff member was able to locate the man on another platform photographing another woman’s panties without her knowledge!
The man has been found guilty and his sentencing date has been scheduled.
