Drumming on my Roland SPD-S sampling pad : This song is called : "Chiang Kai-shek" ... What a riddim !!! For this show Sly plays on a Simmons electronic drum. Mid 80's is one of the best period of his career. It's a little tribute to Sly & Robbie with my electronic equipment - Good music never dies. émoticône smile

Recorded during Gregory's only tour with Sly & Robbie ever.

In 1985, they embarked on a tour that took them through Europe and the US.

They were hot after the release of the mega hit "Private Beach Party" and performed with the Taxi Gang opening for the Cool Ruler.

Robbie Shakespeare found tapes of a concert recorded in Europe and they were lovingly restored and mastered by sound wizard Bruno Sourice at the Directtone Studio.
