On February 10th, Craig Stephen Hicks, shot and killed Deah Barakat, his wife Yusor Mohammad, and her sister Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha. Hick's execution style killing of the three youth, known as the Chapel Hill Murders, followed in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo massacre and caused some analysts to see the Chapel Hill Murders as an example of why Muslim lives don't matter.
