St. Louis Police Department Sued After Cops Turn Off Dash Cam During Arrest

A man who was arrested in April 2014 has filed a lawsuit against the St. Louis Police Department saying they used excessive force, which they knew, since they turned off the dashcam. In the video, you can hear an unidentified officer telling the other officers to stop until he turns the dashcam off. The department says they have disciplined the officer involved.
