Small Breasts by Reid Baer
-
I am incensed - in the present
tense - looking back at flaws three times
magnification - lying - so close
to clean white paper within
-
perfection - streams of consciousness
write Rorschack tests - while fresh black scents
waft through flared nostrils - tattooing
both lungs inside every breath - infiltrating
-
chaotic maniacal
imaginations - with
fierce singularly focused - intrusive
sensory memory - of
-
her small breasts pressed against this man's chest -
she throws her innocent arms
around a hoary head - and
enthusiastically hugs my neck
