I made this two times in 3 days the other time I added eggplant. Very delicious.

This recipe although from a Paleo cookbook, is easily able to fall into the category of ketogenic, low carb, primal, gluten free, wheat free, etc…… SO depending on where your current diet lifestyle is trending towards by all means enjoy this one.
