Counter-Terrorism Law requires changes, says Chilean government

Following the explosion that occurred Monday near in a Santiago subway station, President Michelle Bachelet met with top police and intelligence officials to discuss the country's security situation. After the meeting, the government decided to send parliament a series of modifications to the Counter-Terrorism Law, legislation that dates from the time of the military dictatorship. teleSUR
