SCRIPT

Hip hop mogul and Death Row record label magnet Marion Knight, known as Suge, was shot at six times at a club on Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, in the early hours of Sunday morning during a pre-VMA party hosted by Chris Brown. A police cordon has been placed around the club, with officers restricting access to the site. Knight has been admitted to hospital.

Knight was among three other club-goers who were hit by bullets at around 01:30 local time (08:30 GMT), with one victim said to be in critical condition.
