Bio:
I thought making it onto a cooking reality show would be my ticket to culinary fame, but the whole experience was a disappointment. Since then I have quit my job in a commercial kitchen and decided to start making my own cooking show, QUICK MEALS. This is episode 7. I get a little peeved when I think about all the people out there missing out on the wonderful world of seafood. In this episode I try to fix that.

Home is where the heart is, and good food brings family and friends together around the table. That's what I'm all about and that's what I want QUICK MEALS to be all about.

Recipe:
Step 1: Make sure your can of tuna has the dolphin-safe label on it.
Step 2 et al.: Open and drain your can of tuna. Then fork it into a bowl. Add your Miracle Whip, chopped onions and celery, salt and pepper, and curry powder. Mix everything together with your fork. Spread your tuna salad over one slice of your bread. Add the other slice on top of it. Cut your sandwich in half and enjoy.

***Important information***
As the caretakers or Mother Earth, it is incumbent on us, the human species, to treat our ecosystems responsibly. Charlton Heston demonstrated the doom that might befall man in Planet of the Apes. However, I think a "Planet of the Dolphins" scenario is much more likely. The obvious: the sea makes up about 70% of the world. The X factor: many scientists believe dolphins are actually smarter than great apes. The reason: every year countless dolphins are "accidentally" caught and butchered by the tuna fishing industry. Our salvation: make sure you only buy and consume dolphin-safe tuna. Doomsday is closer than you think: In late March 2014 Russia seized the Ukraine navy's "Combat Dolphin Program." - Yes, you read that right... COMBAT DOLPHINS! In the fictional Terminator universe, Skynet became self-aware on 29 August 1997. We all know what happened after that. What's going to happen when these COMBAT DOLPHINS become self-aware?!
