Two Palestinians from the West Bank were laid to rest on Saturday (July 26), after they were killed in separate clashes overnight.

Eid Fdilat from al-Arroub camp near Hebron was killed in clashes between Israeli troops and protesters on Friday (July 25).

Palestinian fury has mounted as 985 Palestinians, many of them civilians, have been killed in nearly three weeks of cross-border fighting between Israel and Palestinian militants in Gaza.

"We will make them cry blood," mourners cried at a funeral procession for Fdilat, where they carried his body, hailing him as a martyr and waving flags of Hamas and other Palestinian factions.

In Beit Fajjar, near Bethlehem, 14-year-old Nasri Mahmoud was buried.

Clashes erupted in the village on Friday between the Israeli army and protesters. Police responded to Palestinians hurling stones with stun grenades, live and rubber bullets.
