Quick Meals with Stu Paprocki ep. 1 - Scrambled Eggs

I've embarked on a culinary journey to find my estranged father. I'm starting with the first meal of the day, breakfast. Cracking an egg is the perfect way to repair the cracks in your family unit.

Ingredients:
• 8 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp. Butter
• Shredded Cheese (I'm using Fontina Cheese)
• And a dash of Salt & Pepper

Bio:
I thought a cooking reality show would be my ticket to culinary fame, but the whole experience was a disappointment. Since then I have quit my job in a commercial kitchen and decided to try making my own cooking show, QUICK MEALS. This is the first of many episodes, so be gentle ☺

Home is where the heart is, and good food brings family and friends together around the table. That's what I'm all about and that's what I want QUICK MEALS to be all about.

Recipe:
Crack your 8 eggs into a nice big bowl. (How do I get eggshells out of the bowl? TASTE TIP: Wet your finger and the piece of shell will stick right to it.) Pour in a 1/2 cup of milk (I like whole milk for this recipe). Add a few dashes of salt and pepper (I use white pepper because it's spicier). Now whisk everything until it's evenly beaten (the more you whisk, the fluffier your eggs will be).

Heat your large non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place 2 tbsp. of butter in the pan and let it melt. This will coat the pan and prevent your eggs from sticking to it.

Once all the butter is melted, add your beaten eggs. DON'T stir your eggs right away. DO wait 60-90 seconds before pushing your settled eggs away from the edges and towards the center of the pan. After your eggs have firmed up it's time to cheese your eggs. Sprinkle your shredded cheese (I'm going with Fontina cheese because I'm a Fontina Fanatic) over the eggs and then carefully flip your eggs in the pan.

Congrats, your amazing scrambled eggs are ready!

Plate your scrambled eggs and watch the smiles on your family and friends' faces. This QUICK MEALS recipe is sure to make your taste buds PAP!
