Spooks Run Wild (1941)

Those rowdy "lads", the East Side Kids, have been sent to a camp for underprivileged youths (and, apparently, delinquents) in quaint, rural Hillside--where it appears a crazed killer is roaming the countryside, draining his victims of their blood. So who should they encounter but the sinister-looking Nardo (Bela Lugosi) and his diminutive servant Luigi, closely followed by one Dr. von Grosch, something of an expert on vampires. Going to camp, indeed!
