Humshakals may have failed to impress the critics but the film has certainly managed to pull in crowds to the theatres. Well, that's the only reason we think this Saif-Riteish starrer has got registers jingling...
The entertainer, starring Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor, Tammannaah Bhatia, Esha Gupta and Bipasha Basu is made at a cost of Rs.75 crore. And guess what...it recorded a super weekend of Rs. 40.13 crore. Now isn't that amazing?
But no worries, the figures are little lower than Holiday -- A Soldier Is Never Off Duty due to single screens where Akki has that initial draw.
Well, the way Sajid's film has done so far is super impressive coz this is despite all the negative reviews that the film has garnered right from the day one.
