He helps her create an awesome, easy recipe that pairs poached salmon with fresh veggies like asparagus, morel mushrooms and peas. An asparagus puree and soft-poached duck egg bring the elements together and give the recipe a silky richness, but the crowning glory is the way Brad shows Breanne how to "smoke" a dish to give it a subtle hint of wood-burning fire.
