All you need is 1 large egg white, 1 oz absinthe, 2 oz brandy, 1 oz simple syrup, Dash blood orange bitters.*Combine egg white, absinthe, brandy, sugar or simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously at least 30 seconds to make sure that the egg white is all mixed in. Strain contents into a wineglass and garnish with an orange peel.
