big fan of Neil Young songs, this one is a classic, tuning of guitar down to D# from E levels, the song is about when Neil bought a farm there was an old man like caretaker there and he kept him on and really liked the old guy.....singing the high part is hard part for most of us mortals on guitar/singing, another reason to drop the key down to D# tunings....
