Flooding devastates Bolivia

Flooding has killed 40 people and displaced around 50,000 families across Bolivia during four months of heavy seasonal rains. Around 17,000 hectares of prime agricultural land has also been flooded and more than 100,000 cattle are at risk of starvation as herders have little dry feed left. The government has declared a state of emergency in several regions. But food and relief supplies have been slow to reach those in need. Al Jazeera's Imtiaz Tyab reports.
