Burst Water Main Floods 5th Avenue

A burst water main on the corner of 5th Avenue and 13th Street lead to severe flooding on January 15. According to local news reports, At least five feet of water filled the Central Parking garage on E. 13 St. even after the leak was contained. The water main break was brought under control shortly after 5:30 a.m., fire officials said.
