29-year-old Rachel Byrd from Deltona, Florida reportedly began fighting with her brother 30-year-old Gabriel Byrd during the early morning hours of a recent Monday. Rachel was upset because the dog kept urinating in the living room of the home in which the siblings shared.
At some point, the verbal battle escalated and Rachel picked up a spoonful of peanut butter and flung it at her brother. Someone in the house dialed 911 but abruptly hung up and then refused to answer a return call from the dispatcher, triggering a visit from deputies.
The brother did not wish to press charges, however cops pointed out he still had peanut butter trailing down his face. Although Rachel had a scrape on her leg from the dog, deputies ruled she was the aggressor in the fight and arrested her.
She was cuffed and taken to the local jail, but its unknown if the charges against her will be dropped.
