Those in London, who are vertically challenged have a serious shot at landing a job at the Hippodrome Casino.

Job pickings are relatively slim these days. However those in London, who are vertically challenged have a serious shot at landing a position at the Hippodrome Casino.

An advertisement was placed in a local paper under the employment title, Door Dwarfs. Basically the bizarre name pertains to the casino searching for a team of small bouncers, who will control the door and handle customer relations.

The role required that all applicants be under the height of four feet 10 inches. According to the ad, The Hippodrome hopes the door workers will be the smallest bouncers in all of Britain.

The owner of the casino, Simon Thomas stated “We wanted to add some extra spectacle to Leicester Square." He further notes - "It fits perfectly with the way we do things here – differently, with a lot of fun involved.”

The dwarfs will control the casino’s newest entrance on Cranbourn Street, which is thought to be the busiest street in Europe. The dwarfs will have to be polite with a great sense of humor.

The business hopes to get a team of half a dozen short bouncers working in the casino by December.
