Roger Daltrey, lead singer of The Who, sang during a ceremony dedicating a bust of former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill at the U.S. Capitol in Washington.

U.S. Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) hosted a ceremony to unveil a bust of the former British Prime Minister in the Capitol's Statuary Hall.

Daltrey chose to perform Ben E. King's "Stand by Me," as a tribute to the relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom, Boehner said when he introduced the rock star.
