Zalando - Gigantic growth, meager profits, copious criticism | Made in Germany

Zalando sells fashion and lifestyle products via the Internet. The company is growing rapidly. The firm from Berlin has been in existence only since 2008, and in that short time its turnover has risen to more than a billion euros.

But the growth has its dark side: the working conditions in Zalando's shipping departments have come in for massive criticism.
